1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Paisleyvico Co. ("we", "us", "our") you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
We provide residential trash pickup, commercial dumpster service, construction debris removal, recycling services, and roll-off dumpster rentals in Danbury, CT and surrounding areas.
3. Scheduling & Cancellation
Pickup days are assigned by route. Cancellations require 24 hours advance notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip fee.
4. Prohibited Materials
Hazardous materials, paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, refrigerants, and medical waste may not be placed in any container.
5. Payment
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for damages caused by overloaded containers or placement on unsuitable surfaces.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
